Laura Mater, MBC 

Laura’s career has spanned across the U.S. and several other countries. She began her professional career contracting with the Department of Defense Joint Forces Special Operations Bases in 3 countries. She went on to complete a Masters in Counseling and became a successful entrepreneur. She holds 15 certifications and a Florida Real Estate License. Laura has owned businesses providing services in Business Development Consulting, Media, Marketing, Mediation, National Recruiting, Counseling, Health & Wellness and the Fitness industries. Her clients have come from all walks of life such as federal, state and local governments, military, international and national corporations, small to midsize businesses, charitable organizations, media outlets, media personalities, celebrities, producers, directors, college and professional athletes and numerous athletic and professional associations. As a Counselor and Mediator, Laura specialized in Family & Corporate Mediation, Dispute Resolution & Deescalation Training, Sexual Assault Trauma Recovery, First Responder/Military/Veteran PTSD Specialist, Triage Emergency Management Counseling and Grief Counseling. Also, Laura worked on a multidisciplinary psychology team performing Neuropsychological evaluations and TCLEOSE Testing for Police Officers, Security Officers, FireFighters and TCole for Peace Officers. The team also provided Forensic Evaluations and Expert Witness Service and Quantitative Electroencephalogram Analysis Brain Mapping (QEEG Brain Map). Laura has extensive experience assisting federal, state and local government agencies, law enforcement, counseling agencies and nonprofits to help combat drug and human trafficking and spearhead social welfare initiatives. 

Luke Mater  was trained as an armed security officer at one of the leading tactical training academies in the U.S. He has been contracted by numerous security firms and high net worth private clientele. He has worked on numerous event security details and one noted event he was contracted to support the United States Secret Service for a Presidential Event. He was employed by Deluca Associates Global Security Services as an Armed Security and Surveillance Officer covering 4 facilities across Colorado. Estate assignments included Lead Security Officer for a $75M mansion estate (among others), UHNW assignments included Private Protection for a Professional Hockey Team, Site Supervisor for a Highly Sensitive Government Site, Department of Interior - Bureau of Land Management Site Surveillance and Asset Protection including assignments for 3 Energy Companies. Luke has several years experience in firearms product procurement and sales, inventory control management, FFL transfers, preparation for ATF Audits, logistics management, and national security recruiting and staffing. Luke is a Certified Self Defense Fitness Instructor and a Certified Life Coach. He has attended undergraduate classes in Military Science/National Security, Criminal Psychology,  Entrepreneurship & Cybersecurity.
